A relaxed informative workshop demonstrating how to create your own delicious, easily affordable fermented & living food safely at home...no experience required. Offering guidance, as well as tasting a variety of fermented products during the session will inspire you to create your own delicious easy healthy recipes. Includes handouts & info to take away with you. Please bring a sterilized glass jar with lid-min approx 300-500ml in volume. If this is a struggle-just let me know in advance-I MAY be able to find one for you. Feel free to bring 2 jars if you have them...always good to have a spare !! Bring your hill walking boots/trainers if you wish to join me for a short wander after the class on the hill outside the front drive-weather dependant & do let me know in advance. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment-there are limited spaces as I keep the classes small. Last date for booking is normally 4 days prior to class.
